I did not plan to become a health writer. Like most things that matter, it happened because of a moment I could not ignore.
Someone close to me was going through a difficult time with their health. I remember sitting and searching online, trying to find something — anything — that would help me understand what was happening and what we could do about it. What I found was either written in language so clinical it felt like reading a medical textbook, or so shallow and generic it told me nothing useful at all.
That feeling of being lost when you most need clear information — that is what this website is about. And that is what has driven every article I have written since.
My Background
My name is Faizan Ahmed. I was born and raised in Pakistan and moved to the United Kingdom in 2025. I have been writing about health professionally since 2017 — which means I bring more than seven years of serious, dedicated experience in health content writing before this site even existed.
From 2017 onwards I was working professionally in health content writing — researching topics, reading clinical studies, learning how to translate complex medical and scientific information into language that real people could actually use. By the time I launched Pure Vitality Tips in July 2024, I had spent years developing the skills, the research discipline, and the editorial standards that now underpin everything published on this site.

Why I Write About Health
Health information is not neutral. When it is wrong, when it is unclear, or when it is written without care — real people suffer real consequences. They make the wrong decision. They miss something important. They feel more scared and more confused than they did before they started reading.
I have seen this happen to people I care about. And I have felt it myself.
That is why I do not treat health writing as just another type of content. Every article I write starts with a genuine question — something a real person would actually ask — and ends only when I am confident the answer is accurate, clear, and genuinely useful. Not useful in theory. Useful to someone sitting at home at night, worried, searching for help.

Before I write a single word, I research. Every article on Pure Vitality Tips is built from primary, verified clinical sources:

I am not a doctor. I have never claimed to be. What I am is a writer who has spent years learning how to read clinical research properly — how to identify what is solid evidence and what is not, how to spot outdated guidelines, and how to present accurate information in a way that respects the reader’s intelligence without overwhelming them.
If a statistic appears in one of my articles, it comes from a real, verifiable source. If a guideline changes, I update the article. If I am not certain about something, I say so. That is the standard I hold myself to — every single time.

Bilal Hussain has been writing about health since 2019, giving him six years of experience in health content. He studied in China before returning to Pakistan in 2019, where he is currently based.
