My name is Faizan Ahmed. I became a health writer like many of you are here for — sitting with questions unanswered, searching at the wrong time and finding little that was either too technical to get or too vague to help. This is why this site was created, as there is a gap between people’s needs and what is available online.

What I Do

Researches and writes about health issues that are relevant to people’s lives: depression, chronic disease, nutrition, weight loss, medication safety, mental health, and preventive health. Each article on Pure Vitality Tips is researched before a single word is produced and comes from peer-reviewed studies, WHO, CDC, NHS, NIH, Mayo Clinic and other leading clinical journals.

I’m not a doctor or clinician. This is someone who takes the responsibility of writing about health very seriously — because I can attest to the importance of having accurate, up-to-date, and caring information about health.
