Why This Website Exists

I remember the night that started all of this.

Someone close to me was unwell and I did what most people do — I went online looking for answers. What I found was either so full of medical jargon it was impossible to understand, or so vague and generic it was completely useless. I clicked through page after page, growing more confused and more anxious with every result.

That night stayed with me. Because I knew it was not just me. Millions of people sit in that exact position every single day — searching for honest, clear health information and finding content written either for doctors or for clicks. There was a gap. A real one. And it needed filling properly.

That is why I launched Pure Vitality Tips in July 2024.

Not as a business. Not as a content farm. As a genuine attempt to give people the kind of health information they actually need — accurate, readable, evidence-backed, and written with real care for the person on the other side of the screen.
